G Krasulja & Co. was founded on a simple principle.

G Krasulja & Co. was built around that second role.

The firm provides independent advisory services to companies operating in the trucking and transportation sector.

It was founded by Ð. George Krasulja after more than three decades working inside the business itself.

George’s career did not begin in a boardroom. It began in the cab of a truck and on loading docks, learning the realities of the business from the ground up. Over time that path expanded to include building and scaling a trucking company in the late 1990s, leading operations and sales teams, developing long-term customer relationships, and managing the financial performance of transportation businesses.

Over the course of his career, George has worked across nearly every layer of the industry. That work has included negotiating freight contracts, managing operations, reviewing income statements and balance sheets, handling cargo claims, and working with insurers, lawyers, and regulators when disputes arise.

He has also lived the pressures that owners understand well. Ensuring payroll is met. Covering fuel payments. Managing risk when margins are tight. Making decisions where the consequences are immediate and measurable.

That perspective shapes the work of G Krasulja & Co.
